Low river levels, brought about by a 2 month absence of rain, means regular client Kresten and myself are road tripping to find cooler water and feeding trout. We encounter plenty but find they are very wary in their somewhat reduced environment and most takes are very subtle and cautious, and keeping them attached a bit of a trial at times. We worked through and got some nice rewards in the end... We got into a heap of nice Rainbows (a small snippet shown) and turned our attention to the wary Browns of the region.
