Muskies Inc Chapter 50 Penn-Jersey (MI50.com) joins Pennsylvania Fish and Boat Commission Biologists to see first hand what it takes to survey the fish population on Lake Nockamixon. Watch as nets are set and pulled - Muskies removed from the nets are pit tagged, weighed, measured, and more. MI50 has a significant interest in the pure-bred barred Muskellunge that were first introduced to the lake in the fall of 2012 at the average length of 14 inches. Through various fund-raising activities, MI50 spent nearly $14,000 on advanced fingerlings for Nockamixon in order to better Muskie fishing for everyone wanting to fish the southeastern part of Pennsylvania
