Flounder fishing with Gulp swimming mullet (cumberland island in southeast ga)

First flounder using artificial. Using the Gulp swimming mullet with 3/8 strike king jig head. Been having a hard time figuring out the distinct bite a flounder has. I finally am starting to know what to feel for.
