We were on a 2 day trip to the offshore canyons.One of the guys rented a rod and reel. There was no action, so he decided to go to bed, but he left the rod in the rod holder, baited, and 100 feet down.The fish hit while he was sleeping.He slept through the whole battle. When he woke up, and saw what happened, he tried to claim the fish because it was caught on his rod and reel.Ya right. . . .fat chance!!!!
